Twisted Culture

Life is becoming more difficult if you have been working in one company for so long. Of course, one of the main reason is your employer has to contribute EPF for you besides paying monthly salary. Especially when you did not perform - no oustanding work either to reduce cost or increase yield. Frankly speaking I have gave up in both ways. No matter how, the work culture in this company is too monotonous. Not much extra things you can show. Unless you are a manager who have time to sit on the comfortable chair and do some thinking and surf internet hoping to find new ideas. How nice! monthly draw such a fantastic amount of income. Who doesn't like it even though you know and keep on mention this is a sunset industry. For you as long as your pocket keep on increasing every month, that doesn't matter.
For people like us is like a farmer daily try to harvest as much padi as possible in order to meet end needs. Nobody will care if you are not well as long as you come to work you have to accomplish your job. A senior guy will have to handle more work as compared to junior. One reason to make sure the junior is comfortable with the work and others is their salary is lower so please do not harm them. Let the senior handle all the load indirectly chase them out if they couldn't cope. Thats how they twist the old and experience staff.
