Continuation From Previous Incidence

I expected the QC Manager together with the new Chemist to settle it.This is teamwork. Its not only my job. However as Senior I did not bother much. I was asked to safe the batch and did the adjustment, I did it. Eventhough I have to delay my daily task. I wonder what the Prdtn Mgr and GM had in their mind after this incidences. Actually the batch was produced for two times. The first one the batch has to put aside as the water added was so much. The second one was the one that needs to bring to spec even though with big adjustment.

I knew people tend to make mistake. What I felt bad is the torture they put on me by asking questions for two consecutive days. Yes the first day my Superior was not around. Could they just wait for the next day. The main thing they also want to make known to the rest of the people who did not involve in this issue.I won't accept this type of action done to me. I am hoping for Allah to teach them lessons so that they will repent for what they have done.

If I have chance I don't want to work in this company anymore unless the two culprits are not around anymore. Even though they have better chances outside they still like to work as they know who they can make as their victims.

Life Is Tough Working In a Small Company

I feel blessed after so long I have been working in this company. It considered small in term of number of staff -35 people. I thank God as I am going to reach 50 years in 3 years time. Still afford to work in a factory like this company which needs a lot of stamina, walking around a few times for a day.

My colleage WH and I are considered senior. We both are the Historian from the management point of view. I doubt why they always victimised either one of us. We both been received warning letters for just a simple reason- delay in work/lackluster, announced during special lunch simple mistake/actually its not a mistake just a nearmiss that I have done.That was all created by the culprit Prdtn Manager backing up by the GM.

Earlier I was blamed for the cause of rejected label not given to Mixing Personnel and the reject raw material sent out without reject label. The label was actually not collected by Mixer in the lab. With this reason I had to answer questions by GM and I said the root cause was miscommunication as they didn't ask from us. After this case the Prdtn M was not happy n created the nearmiss mistake to cover their weakness.I was shocked felt bad about myself as other Manager did not play their role to back me until to this extent during their meeting.

Allah knows how hurt the feeling of me, after 1 week, on Friday I took half day to pick my son home. On that day one big mistake done by Mixing Personnel which caused the product delayed for shipment.Extra water added by them caused problem for the product to meet spec. I have to leave the batch. To my surprise the batch could not be approved until I came on Monday.

Things that I have Learnt

I wrote a paragraph yesterday but the system had problem my blog could not published. What a waste of time and idea. Never mind at least I practiced writing . Practice make perfect.

Even though time past very fast, I must ensure the incidence happened to me did not pass like the wind blow. It has meaning thats the purpose of God created us as human.

Lesson from Lost of Wallet.

People who leave in bungalow is actually not a rich one. They can spend money to build luxury house but they could not afford to serve their guest a delicious food. So do not expect to eat best food when you visit a rich family staying in luxury house. Some do not even serve any food to you. They have already served you their big house. Unlike poor people in their inappropriate house, they will try to eat with best food. Their thinking are that to have a luxury house not that priority to them, the blessing from God is on their delicious food, therefore when you happened to visit them the foods yummy!
